Spoon the whipped ricotta into your serving bowl, creating little swoops with the back of the spoon.
Drizzle the honey over the ricotta, letting it pool in the dips.
Roughly chop the pistachios and scatter them on top.
Finish with fresh orange zest and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
For an even creamier texture, you can use a small blender to whip the ricotta. Make sure to use high-quality whole milk ricotta, not skim.
