All the satisfaction of a club sandwich without the bread coma. Crisp lettuce shells packed with protein, salty bacon, creamy avocado, and a quick homemade healthy ranch.

Per serving
Cook bacon in a pan until super crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into bits.
While bacon cooks, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and spices to make the sauce. Add a splash of water if too thick.
Wash and dry lettuce leaves thoroughly so they stay crisp.
Dice the avocado and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Assemble the cups: Layer 2-3 slices of turkey into each leaf. Top with avocado, tomatoes, and crispy bacon crumbles.
Drizzle the ranch sauce over the top and season with plenty of black pepper.
Double up the lettuce leaves (stack two together) for extra crunch and structural integrity.
Store components separately. Assemble just before eating to prevent soggy lettuce.
