Don't knock it until you try it—this high-protein dough tastes dangerously close to the real thing. The cottage cheese provides a creamy, cheesecake-like base that packs nearly 50g of protein per bowl. It's the ultimate sweet tooth hack.

Per serving
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl. Mash it thoroughly with the back of a fork to break down the curds as much as possible (or use a whisk for a smoother texture).
Add the protein powder, almond flour, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Stir vigorously until the mixture thickens into a stiff, dough-like consistency. It should hold its shape.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to let it firm up further before eating.
For a completely smooth texture without any curds, you can use a small blender, but hand-mixing works fine if you don't mind a little texture. Use fine almond flour for the best mouthfeel.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
